Description
Sermorelin (GRF 1-29 NH2) is a synthetic 29-amino-acid peptide matching the first 29 amino acids of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone, the shortest fully active fragment of GHRH. It is studied for GHRH-receptor signaling at the pituitary and for growth hormone and IGF-1 axis endpoints.
Sermorelin Research Details
Sermorelin is the reference native-sequence GHRH fragment. Research compares it with modified analogs such as CJC-1295 and tesamorelin for receptor activity, half-life, pituitary signaling and GH/IGF-1 axis endpoints.
