Returns & Refunds Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns on opened products. All sales of opened items are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at onebioresearch@outlook.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Unopened Returns

Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Email us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number before shipping back.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened products (seal broken, vial reconstituted)
• Products marked “Final Sale”
• Items returned without an RMA number

Purity Guarantee

Every product ships with a batch-specific COA. If a product does not meet stated purity specifications, contact us for a replacement or refund.
